A new space for trainers and behaviourists who believe learning is a lifelong craft.
This autumn, The Magic Hour begins, a monthly, online drop-in session to explore real cases, professional challenges, and the art of reflective practice.
And early in 2026, The Witch’s Way Mentoring Pathway will launch: a structured, small-cohort programme for trainers and behaviourists developing toward ABT or CAB level work.
Both are rooted in science, grounded in compassion, and designed to help you connect knowledge with confident, ethical practice.
What’s Coming Next
Early 2026 brings the full launch of The Witch’s Way Mentoring Pathway — a professional companion to formal training that helps practitioners build confidence, apply knowledge, and grow ethically in their work.
Three mentoring options will be available:

Foundation – Pathway to Practice (6 months) for early-career trainers and aspiring ABTs

Intermediate – Reflective Practitioner Pathway (9–12 months) for those preparing for ABT assessment or up-skilling toward CAB

Advanced – CAB Launch Intensive (6 months) for behaviourists finalising CAB applications or portfolios
Mentoring focuses on applied learning, ethical reasoning, and reflective growth — informed by ABTC standards but fully independent of formal assessment.
