Eryn is a multi-business entrepreneur with a background as eclectic as it is inspiring. From public relations and heritage institutions to dog training and behavioural work, she brings a rich mix of insight, compassion, and creative problem solving.
She knows exactly what it means to start a business with no clear blueprint, no strategic plan, and no time to waste. After navigating burnout and the pressure to follow other people’s formulas, she founded Bewitching Brands to help others build on their own terms. Her approach centres on your personality, your pace, and your people. Because success starts with alignment.

Alongside her work as a brand strategist and designer, Eryn remains an active canine behaviourist and trainer. She continues to work with clients, deepening her connection to the pet profession she supports through her design work. She also volunteers as Director of Member Management for the APDT CIC, where she helps guide ethical standards, community support, and industry development from within.

When she’s not coaching, designing, or training, she’s homeschooling her daughter and supporting her musician husband. Her clients often say, “It feels like magic.” And who’s to say there isn’t a little magic behind the scenes?

Susie brings over 20 years of business experience, with a background that spans events, marketing, operations, and entrepreneurship. She has worked in both public and private sectors, from coordinating conferences to advising on marketing and business development. Today, she runs a thriving home boarding and dog training business alongside her work with Bewitching Brands.

As an experienced pet professional and business coach, Susie understands how hard it can be to juggle clarity and creativity while running a busy, client-facing practice. She brings not only strategic insight but also lived experience of the industry, supporting dog trainers and pet businesses as someone who is still hands-on in her own.

Susie specialises in helping people communicate their worth with confidence, create magnetic messaging, and find the fun and freedom in building a business that feels aligned. When she’s not designing behind the scenes or coaching clients through their brand journey, Susie is raising two young boys, training dogs, and working directly with pet guardians to improve relationships. Her clients describe her as honest, kind, and gently directive—always focused on helping you take the next right step.
